Job Opening: Lead Generation Analyst - Irish Market
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Lead Generation Analyst to operate in the Irish market.
The professional will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and feeding the sales funnel with high-quality leads, directly contributing to the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in the Irish market using specific tools and platforms.
- Conduct active prospecting through emails, LinkedIn, and other social media, tailoring approaches to the target client profile.
- Achieve weekly and monthly established targets.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and record information in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure effective transition of qualified leads.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in Ireland.
- Prepare performance and results reports, proposing improvements to prospecting strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in international markets.
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources.
- Intermediate Excel level skills.
- Fluency in English (advanced or fluent level) for communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with persuasive ability.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Agendor, HubSpot) and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Skills in market research and identifying ideal customer profiles (ICP).
- Organization and results-oriented mindset, with an autonomous and resilient profile.
- Ability to manage multiple prospecting activities simultaneously.
- Excellent management, organization, and work standards.
- Ability to work in a team with professionalism, courtesy, cordiality, and respect.
- Own working tools (fully functional computer, internet, headphones, and mobile phone).
- Active MEI (CNPJ, in Brazil).
Desirable Qualifications:
- Previous experience with the Irish or European market.
- Experience in selling online services.
- Knowledge of inbound marketing strategies and prospecting automation.
- Experience in remote or multicultural environments.
