Requisitos: • Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineer Degree; • Fluent in English (written & verbal); • Advanced knowledge in systems like structural components, cab and engine suspension, battery box, exhaust system, fenders, and fairings is preferred; • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes (stamping, casting, injection) and deep material properties knowledge; • Application of quality tools (Risk analysis, DFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, etc.); • Product development experience with mechanical components, preferably within the automotive industry; • International and multicultural experience within a global and cross-functional organization. Would be a differential: • Knowledge of truck systems and applications; • Joints knowledge; • 3D CAD knowledge, preferable software PTC/CREO; • Knowledge of Agile methodology; • Experience as a Project Manager; • Master’s degree or post-graduation in the area of concern. Atividades: • Develop technical solutions for local and global projects within the CSETA team (Chassis Structure Equipment & Transport Adaptation) at Vehicle Engineering; • Solve quality issues related to components and systems within your responsibility area; • Support parts localization for new technology vehicles, such as Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV), Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEV), and vehicles running on renewable fuels; • Work alongside highly skilled colleagues in a global environment; • Provide and lead technical solutions and design work that fulfill business targets and requirements; • Develop and share technical competence with other development sites; • Play a key role in a cross-functional network by supporting design reviews, participating in risk analysis, root cause investigations, and DFMEA; • Contribute to the continuous optimization of product quality and cost; • Responsible for releasing documentation such as 3D models, drawings, technical regulations, technical descriptions, and product structure; • Apply Agile methodology throughout these activities.
