Requisitos: • Master of Science (equivalent to Electrical Engineer Degree in Brazil); • Experience as product development engineer or design engineer; • Fluent in English and Portuguese (written & verbal); • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering leadership; • Ability to interact with suppliers and conduct technical negotiations; • Knowledge of Lean thinking and agile working methodologies; • Experience with tools such as CATIA, CREO (Pro/E); • SABER and electrification knowledge is a plus. Atividades: • Design technical solutions and identify improvements; • Propose new concepts and innovations for products; • Make decisions on smaller and larger adjustments; • Document the 2D harness and the supporting files for their manufacturing.
