Requisitos: • Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience; • Experience in product development or design of electrical HW/components, preferably in the automotive industry; • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Diferenciais: • Knowledge of truck electrical systems, including LIN, CAN, and Ethernet communication; • Basic EMC understanding and experience reviewing test reports for components; • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodology. Atividades: • Lead the design and development of electrical components (e.g., alternators, batteries, power switches, DC-DC converters) as a technical owner, ensuring quality, delivery, cost, and functionality (QDCF) in collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers; • Create technical requirements for hardware and software to deliver necessary functionality, ensuring proper verification and validation processes; • Conduct detailed design reviews with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure correct component functionality and system integration; • Contribute to project risk analysis (DFMEA, SFMEA) and lead root cause analysis for quality improvements; • Assist with development and design improvements for components, systems, costs, and related processes.
