Requirements: • Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or similar; • Very good communication skills in both written and verbal English; • Experience with automotive thermal systems; • Experience with mechatronic systems and Embedded Software; • Experience in Automotive Industry. Differential: • 3D CAD knowledge. E.g.: CATIA, PTC-Creo or similar; • Experience in cab heating, ventilation and air conditioning; • Experience working in an Agile Environment (SAFe). Atividades: • Be responsible and lead the development of Cab Climate System and components; • Design the thermal systems by identifying the purpose and aim of the system, interface, and system behavior; • Develop and share technical competence with other development sites; • Develop validation plans and project timing plans; • Support and lead Design Reviews, participate in risk analysis, root cause investigations and DFMEA; • Act as a key player, leading on projects and initiatives; • Secure a continuous optimization of product quality and cost.
