Requirements: • Proven experience in project management using different methodologies; • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at different levels; • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; • Fluent English (written and spoken); • Knowledge of data and digitalization is a plus. Activities: • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives; • Apply agile and traditional methodologies to ensure efficiency and quality in project delivery; • Coordinate cross-functional teams and internal and external stakeholders; • Monitor and report project progress, identifying risks and proposing solutions; • Ensure clear and effective communication between all parties involved; • Manage resources, deadlines, and budgets, ensuring delivery within the established parameters; • Lead follow-up and alignment meetings with teams and clients.
