Sumary: The Chestnut Paes (CP) Enneagram Academy certifies students in using the Enneagram system of personality for their professional and personal development. The Academys work is centered on events and programs, which require coordination year-round. This position will support those events and program sessions in many ways. We provide these services to English speaking and Portuguese speaking audiences. With most events being online. Time commitment: This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, that requires you to be available to communicate with a global team. Generally, we expect you to work 8 hours per day plus a 1-hour lunch break. The hours are somewhat flexible; however, you must be available for meetings with the global team between 9 am and 4 pm USA Eastern Time on weekdays. The role also requires your availability for every CP event. They usually occur between 11 am and 6 pm USA Eastern Time on weekdays. Events vary in length, ranging from one hour to 7 hours. If events take place over the weekend or outside of those times, you can coordinate with your supervisor to take the corresponding time off from another workday. Qualifications: Must speak, read, and write in Portuguese and English. Bachelors Degree Responsibilities: 1- Pre-Event: 1.1 - Coordination with instructors, staff, and translators 1.2 - Event Communications 1.3 - Materials Coordination 2 - Event Support: 2.1 - Zoom support 2.2 - Materials and links 2.3 - Content editing and delivery 2.4 - Edit recordings for online events and sessions using iMovie 2.5 - Create basic event graphics 2.6 - Upload recordings, course materials, and chat translations on learning platform 2.7 - Send emails to students containing links to recordings/materials and feedback surveys 3 - Ongoing: 3.1 - Edit video podcast episodes for weekly posting 3.2 - Send emails with links to podcast episodes 3.3 - Help with Social Media content as needed
