Responsibilities: Monitor incidents and requests handled by support and infrastructure teams; Track tickets through all phases and ensure proper follow-up; Control first response and resolution SLAs; Ensure all tickets and their records are updated in compliance with processes; Identify opportunities to improve processes; Conduct technical escalations; Monitor operational and contractual service indicators; Generate regular reports on service performance, SLAs, and other indicators. Requirements: Experience in managing tickets and holding responsible parties accountable; Experience with ITSM tools; Excellent communication skills (both oral and written); Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields; Knowledge of ITIL; Fluency in English. Preferred Certifications: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals; ITIL 4 Foundation; HDI-SCA
