Visiting hubs and clients in order to offer FarmLab training and sell our product Supporting our partners during Fairs/Events/Field Days and presenting the FarmLab to farmers on those events Your Profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree in agronomy or an area related to agriculture. Very good written and spoken language skills in Portuguese and English 2 years of experience working in a customer service role A valid driving license Some experience in the agricultural sector in Brazil (Mato Grosso). Willingness to travel A solid knowledge of Brazilian agriculture and willingness to learn. CRM experience (nice to have) Ability to provide excellent customer service alongside our Customer Service Manager, as well as our partners. Good personal organization and management skills. Sensitivity to different cultural norms (EU and Latin American cultures).
