Key Responsibilities/What You Do: - Working within our client as part of the Recruitment Team and reporting to the leader of the area in this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of end-to-end recruitment processes for front-line positions. - As a RPO Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate with Operations Leaders to understand hiring needs and help ensure the attraction and selection of candidates aligned with business objectives. You will be responsible for supporting targeted branding campaigns, working with the shared services team for initial screening, and presenting top candidates for manager evaluations. Main Responsibilities: - Support Operations Leaders in defining success profiles and recruitment needs. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer/onboarding. - Facilitate behavioral interviews and assessments based on established practices. - Develop and execute local talent attraction campaigns in partnership with the marketing team when necessary. - Monitor processes to ensure the quality of hires and adjust recruitment strategies as needed. - Utilize available tools and data to provide insights that support recruitment decisions. Key Requirements/What You Bring: - Proven experience in conducting recruitment processes from start to finish. - Knowledge of behavioral interviews, assessments, and candidate selection techniques. - Experience in strategic sourcing and building recruitment campaigns. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. - Organizational skills and a focus on meeting recruitment deadlines. - Advanced English proficiency (will be tested).
