The Systems and Process Manager is responsible for overseeing the effective implementation, integration, and optimization of the organization’s IT systems and operational processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring that business systems, software, and workflows align with organizational goals and promote operational efficiency. The Systems and Process Manager will work across departments to streamline processes, maintain systems, and manage system improvements, all while ensuring system integration, data integrity, and user satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be skilled at managing complex systems and processes, leading cross-functional teams, and introducing innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to system administration, process optimization, and change management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
System Management & Optimization:
• Oversee and optimize business systems and internal tools.
• Collaborate with department leaders to align systems with business needs.
• Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and recommend improvements.
• Document system configurations and user procedures.
Process Improvement & Workflow Management:
• Analyze and enhance business processes for efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methods.
• Develop, document, and track the impact of new processes.
• Project Management & Change Implementation:
Lead system/process changes, from planning to execution.
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure project timelines are met.
• Support system upgrades and smooth change management.
System Integration & User Support:
• Ensure system integration and data consistency.
• Provide support and training for end users and maintain documentation.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and vendors.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Gather feedback to enhance user satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation:
• Track and report on system performance and project outcomes.
• Analyze data for trends and maintain documentation for compliance.
People & Resource Management:
• Lead and support process management staff.
• Delegate tasks, conduct performance reviews, and mentor junior team members
REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field.
? Google Cloud Platform.
? Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (TOTVS) systems, Business Process Management (BPM), and system integration tools.
? Cloud Certifications (AWS preferred)
? Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems development and process management.
? Strong background in system integration, business process reengineering, and workflow automation.
? Fluency in Portuguese & English
? Budget Planning
? Proficiency in systems management, with a strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TOTVS Protheus) and other business software.
? Experience with databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle) and system integration technologies.
? Google Scripting (Gscript)
? AWS/GCP Management
? Familiarity with middleware concepts and integration tools.
