Qualifications • Advanced graduate degree typically required (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) • Prior experience a consultancy in a professional services firm preferred • Outstanding records of academic and managerial professional achievement • Demonstrated aptitude for business discussion and structuring analytical problem solving. • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization • Ability to manage and motivate C level clients. What You'll Do You’ll work directly with clients, and you’ll take ownership of the prospection new deals, and will be part of executive committees. You will make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of operations improvements and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results. You will have the opportunity to build on your proven Sales skills and leverage building strong relationships. In a collaborative team setting, you'll work closely with others but also autonomously with a clear direction. Your superior strong interpersonal and communication skills will ensure successful client projects and team performance. Client sales approach typically includes gathering and analyzing needs information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing propositions for projects implementations. From there, you will orient our analysis team to qualify and quantify all scope identification, allowing better recommendations with client team members. You’ll also gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm. Who You'll Work With.
