What You Will Do: - Perform the candidate selection process by evaluating their knowledge, skills, and experience. - Apply, monitor, and suggest improvements in our recruitment practices. - Propose new recruitment strategies. - Identify new opportunities to find potential talents. - Act as a point of contact and build quality relationships with candidates and clients during the selection process. - Detect opportunities for improvement in current processes. - Participate in different projects with the different managers of the company. - Advanced students and graduates in Human Resources, Psychology, Advocacy, Business Administration, Translation, and other related fields. - Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships. - Extensive attention to detail in daily tasks. - Analytical capacity and proactivity. - It is a plus to have work experience, but it is not at all exclusive. - Advanced English level.
