Requisitos:
•University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent working experience;
•Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
•Experience in purchasing and negotiation within supplier relationships;
•Experience within the manufacturing industry;
•Multicultural experience;
•Willingness to travel occasionally;
•Proven negotiation and communication skills;
•Strong business acumen, agile in way of working;
•Positive attitude, service minded and target oriented approach;
•Desire to work in a collaborative team towards a common purpose;
•Strong team player with the ability to lead;
•Ability to be open minded, to encourage collaboration and to add value with a continuous improvement mindset;

Atividades:
•Report to the Head of the North America/South America Collaboration Purchasing, and be based in Curitiba, Brazil;
•Lead the purchasing activities on assigned scope with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction;
•Negotiate QDCFTSR of the supplier base under assigned segments;
•Perform purchasing activities related to ordering, logistics, and financial flows to the suppliers;
•Ensure the segment strategy is updated and implemented through the selection of the right suppliers;
•Continuously challenge supplier QDCFTSR performance using tools and purchasing/cross-functional network during production and after production for Revenue segments.
