Requisitos: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent; • Solid experience in embedded systems, including hardware components (ECUs, sensors, actuators, wiring harnesses) and software design (SW architecture, communication protocols, diagnostics); • Knowledge of CAN tools (Canalyzer, Canoe, etc.); • Strong cross-functional work skills, with the ability to build and maintain stakeholder networks; • Experience as a team leader; • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; • Automotive knowledge, with an understanding of how various truck/car systems interact and work together. • Experience leading hardware teams in agile development/project management; • International and multi-cultural experience within a global organization; • Experience with HIL testing and vehicle testing; • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, and Python; • Experience in supplier management. Atividades: • Provide the driver with a safe and premium user experience through intuitive controls and accurate information, while identifying customer needs and opportunities that enhance user experience; • Assist drivers in making intuitive tactical decisions to ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable ride, with a focus on Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) development; • Develop and maintain EE architectures for vehicles and drive ECU (HW and SW platforms) testing; • Collaborate across multiple sites within the organization to align technology strategies and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations; • Lead a diverse team by setting common objectives, fostering collaboration, and empowering team members while guiding the agile journey and continuous improvement efforts; • Create and maintain EE architectures for vehicles, focusing on testing ECUs (HW and SW platforms).
