Requisitos: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent; • Solid experience in embedded systems, including hardware components and software design; • Knowledge of CAN tools (Canalyzer, Canoe, etc.); • Strong leadership experience; • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; • Automotive knowledge, with an understanding of how various truck/car systems interact; • Experience in portfolio management within agile product development. • Project management skills, including leadership, planning, communication, and stakeholder management; • International and multi-cultural experience within a global organization; • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and requirement tools; • Strong technical background in software development, particularly with Android, and experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Android applications (services) for automotive platforms and mobile/tablet devices; • Experience in supplier management. Atividades: • Define EE architecture and system solutions; • Develop and drive the local VT overall business plan; • Support the framework and collaboration across different streams within VT, both locally and globally, and other organizations in GTT/Volvo Group; • Manage Epics in Curitiba VT’s portfolio; • Identify and create new service and connectivity solutions; • Support cross-stream research initiatives with universities and external partners; • Drive and support innovation activities within VT Curitiba; • Lead a diverse team by establishing common objectives, fostering collaboration, and empowering team members. Guide the group through the agile journey and focus on continuous improvement efforts.
