Requisitos: • Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent; • Experience in product development, primarily in the automotive industry related to Fan and/or Cooling systems; • 3D CAD knowledge, preferably with PTC/CREO software; • Application of quality tools such as Risk Analysis, DFMEA, and Root Cause Analysis; • Fluent in English (Written & Verbal). Diferenciais: • Experience working in an Agile environment (SAFe); • Experience in working with multicultural teams; • Master’s degree or Post Graduation in the relevant area. Atividades: • Lead and be responsible for the development of Fan Systems and components; • Provide technical solutions and design work that meet business targets and requirements; • Release documentation including 3D models, drawings, technical regulations, technical descriptions, and product structure; • Develop and share technical competence with other development sites; • Create validation plans and project timelines; • Support and lead design reviews, participate in risk analysis, root cause investigations, and DFMEA processes; • Play a key role in collaborative environments; • Ensure continuous optimization of product quality and cost.
