Location: Full remote work Contract: full time employer of record (EOR) contract, for a rental car company in Portugal Schedule: The work is done in shifts from Monday to Sunday divided as this (Portuguese time zone): Day shift 08:00 - 20:00 (2h break); Afternoon shift 12:00 - 24:00 (2h break); Night shift 16:00 - 04:00 (2h break). Requirements: No experience is required, though 6 months of experience in a similar role would be an advantage; Portuguese and English at advanced level (written and spoken); You should like talking to people (by phone and e-mail), it should come easy to you talking and interacting to your new colleagues; You enjoy interacting with customers, even the difficult ones; You are self-motivated, you get over a failure quickly, you just learn the lesson; You have a high sense of responsibility.
