What You Will Do: - Oversee the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, interviews, specific exams, presentations to internal clients, and candidate closing. - Act as a reference for the internal client and candidates during the process. - Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy. - Propose new alternatives to identify candidates. - Identify opportunities for improvement in the area's current processes.
